A visibly clean surface is not necessarily a safely decontaminated one.
Biohazard environments can involve blood, bodily fluids, pathogens, sharps, contaminated waste and materials that may spread contamination beyond the obvious affected area. The right approach requires training, appropriate PPE, careful containment, correct cleaning procedures and responsible waste handling.
It's making someone's home safe, accessible and suitable for them to return to.
A specialist clean may be needed to create space for a hospital bed, clear a room for a live-in carer, establish safe walkways or make essential areas accessible again. Cleaning cannot repair worn carpets, damaged grout, deteriorated surfaces or structural issues — and we will always be clear about what cleaning can and cannot achieve.
If something within our agreed scope has genuinely been missed, we take responsibility and put it right.
